ChemStation Ontario is part of a larger North American network of more than 60 manufacturing locations specializing in cleaning and sanitation solutions. The Ontario operation, which opened in 2017 as the company’s first Canadian location, focuses primarily on serving food and beverage customers while also supporting industrial applications such as truck washes and concrete cleaning.

As market conditions and supply chain pressures increased, the company began prioritizing Canadian partnerships to better support local customers and reduce reliance on U.S.-based suppliers.

“Our focus shifted toward finding strong Canadian partners who understood our market and could respond quickly to our needs,” explains Jake Barber, President of ChemStation Ontario.

The partnership began in late 2024 and quickly grew into a collaborative relationship built on flexibility, responsiveness, and technical support. We provide dry blended products that complement ChemStation's water-based manufacturing capabilities, helping improve local product availability while reducing lead times, freight costs, duties, and tariff-related challenges.

One example of this collaboration involved reformulating a high-volume product to better meet ChemStation's specific requirements, allowing them to respond more quickly to customer demand. Beyond manufacturing support, we also provide regulatory and R&D expertise, which is an increasingly important advantage as Canadian regulations continue to evolve.

“Having a local partner who understands Canadian regulations and can support both formulation and compliance has been extremely valuable for our team,” says Barber. “We value the partnership and we hope to increase the amount of business we do with Agrisan. We are excited to prioritize working with Canadian suppliers.
